How do I get in touch with a human?

We check email frequently all day long, Monday thru Friday, 10:00 am to 6:30 pm New York time

Can't I call?

Sure, our phone number is 718-784-1533. But keep in mind, it might be the middle of the night!
We're just a few well-meaning individuals managing the whole company all by our lonesomes,
so we might not be able to get to the phone right away.

 

How long will it take for my order to ship? 

We'll need 3-5 business days to gather the goods, pack 'em up and get 'em out the door.
Oftentimes, if we receive your order on Monday thru Thursday morning, we can get it out the same day.

But due to stock levels, energy levels, coffee consumption levels, things can take a little longer.  

 

Can seltzergoods.com expedite my order? 

If possible we will accommodate rush orders. We're, of course, limited by our shipping carriers, etc.
But if it's Monday through Thursday, early in the day, there's a good chance we can bump you to
the front of the line.

 

How about returns? 

Honestly, we rarely get returns. But if your product arrives damaged or defective, we'll arrange
for a replacement or a refund. We do want you to be HAPPY!  Exchange for a different size may
also be made on apparel items, if they're returned in new condition. Seltzer does not take returns
on personalized or custom orders.

 

I have a PO Box. Can you get me my goods? 

Yes, that's not a problem.

 

Can I order from outside the USA? 

Short answer: Yes. Click here to see a list of countries we currently ship to.

(Long answer: Not every country makes it possible or cost efficient. So please check the list before
you painstakingly fill your cart with goods only to find out we can't ship to the lost continent of Pangea.)

 

What about security? 

Most people have some insecurity about security. But rest assured, your transactions have
128-bit or higher (SSL) encryption. In addition, all credit card numbers and personal information
are encrypted using industry best practices.

 

Do you charge sales tax? 

If you're ordering in New York State, we're required to charge sales tax. The rest of the country
will not be charged sales tax. (You hear that Wyoming, stock up!)

*Budget Service uses UPS Mail Innovation which is a new UPS/USPS economy service available on orders up to one pound in the USA and four pounds Internationally. UPS carries the package to your local post office who completes the delivery. If your order is time-sensitive, we recommend choosing UPS Ground or Expedited Service.
